摘 要：根据大丰锦绣南城20#楼工程自身的特点和施工条件，通过对以前课本的复习和各方面的收集资料，对图纸的仔细阅读和理解，完成了对施工组织设计的编制。依据《国家建筑标准设计》一步步算工程量，结合工程特点拟定施工方案，通过对《神机妙算安全计算》软件的理解，完成并学习了模板支撑、脚手架搭设的安全计算，最后根据施工现场条件利用“CAD”绘制了施工现场平面布置图，利用“project”软件完成了进度计划表。其中重点是各项分部工程的施工方案和技术安排以及模板支撑和脚手架搭设的安全计算。整个施工组织设计的编制做到科学合理、切实可行。文章中穿插了大量的图片、表格，并且在计算书上也详细的列出了公式。内容的排版层次分明，条理清晰。
