铁路车站信号控制系统,也称为联锁系统,是铁路运输领域里重要的控制系统之一。该系统有三大任务:确保行车安全、提高运输效率和实现科学管理现代化。目前我国正在使用的联锁系统有6502电气集中联锁系统、计算机机联锁系统和电锁器联锁系统。其中应用最广泛、技术最成熟的是6502电气集中,技术相对计算机联锁落后;计算机联锁的技术先进、新修客运专线应用最多,它则代表以后联锁系统的发展方向;电锁器联锁技术落后,应用很少。
本文采用了6502电气集中和计算机联锁系统这两套系统对永川站进行联锁工程设计。6502电气集中工程设计包括室内和室外设计,内容包括控制台盘面与配线设计、联锁电路设计、执行电路设计(四线制道岔控制电路、点灯电路等)、室外电路设计等。而对于计算机联锁工程设计来说, 人机对话层已经含控制台设计、联锁电路软硬件的设计、执行电路的设计,其它的设计才是我们需要完成的工作,例如如接口电路、场间联系、电码化电路以及室外部分等硬件电路和配线设计。
本论文采用ATUOCAD软件设计图纸,其中6502电气集中工程设计图纸包括:车站信号平面布置图 、双线轨道电路及电缆布置图、控制台盘面布置图、组合类型图、组合排列表、联锁表、室内布置图、控制台零层配线图、室外电缆分线盘设计图等。而计算机联锁设计工程设计图纸包括: 车站信号平面布置图、双线轨道电路及电缆布置图、组合类型表、组合继电器类型表、联锁表和各种接口电路及配线等。最后就AUTOCAD的二次开发做了些学习,并完成了本站联锁表的自动生成。
随着我国铁路基础建设的投入增加,特别是在电气化铁路方面的不断增加,车站信号联锁系统面临前所未有的发展机会,同时,熟悉和掌握车站信号联锁系统的设计对我们这些即将从事车站信号工作的人员来说是必不可少的。
