急！英文解释信！

我现在毕业了，但是要读研。现在要办去访友签证，学校不能给开在读证明了，所以要写一封英文解释信，说明一下这个情况，在线等！急！
现在我刚毕业，然后九月份要读研，有录取通知书。 我现在还没开始读研，只是拿到录取通知书，我问过签证公司，他说这个情况就是要一封解释信，解释一下为什么不能开具在读证明，然后说明一下附带材料里有毕业证，学位证还有研究生的录取通知书。

To whom it may concern,

I'm writing this letter to explain why I can't produce an attestation of enrollment from my university in relation to applying for a B2 visa. (美国的探亲访友签证，其它国家的自填。) I just graduated from xxx (学校名) in xxx (月份), and I applied and was accepted as a graduate student by xxx (学校名) to be admitted in September. The school argues that since I'm not currently enrolled in the school, they can't provide such enrollment certification. Attached with this letter is the letter of admission sent by the school to prove that I will be enrolled in September. Please be sure to also find copies of my diploma and degree's diploma. I hope this clearified my situation to some extend, and if in case you require any additional documentation, please reply to this email address. (如果你需要他们给你回邮件的话)

凭什么不给开就读证明，扯淡呢，找雪域啊去，肯定得给你开的。
就算你写什么解释信之类的东西，人家老外互助哦和签证官觉得很奇怪，为什么读书了，又不给开证明，怀疑你的伪造的学历什么的，还是人家需要什么就开什么证明，不来别的，那样走了弯路，事还不好办，何苦呢！

刚毕业，有毕业证啊，那个也是个很好的证明啊。公证一下，在做一个英文的对照副本，就可以了。足可以证明你就读与某校了。

没那么麻烦的。肯定能办成。
