有关发货计划（shipping plan)

订单部发一次，安排手册再转发一次。再次因为发货计划的频繁更改，使得一个发货计划N个邮件才最终确认。希望贵司订单部尽量核实数据的准确性。

预计发货的邮件，希望能及时。给予备货员以及报检员充足的准备时间，以及商检放行时间。尽量避免临时增加计划。这样商检计划赶不及。

手册添加料件过于频繁。新手册办理时间与使用的时间太紧凑。
