本文首先对政府公信力的理论基础和相关知识内容进行整理，并且以发生在杭州的七十码案例进行分析，论证政府公信力缺失的原因，以及如何对政府公信力进行重新塑造。主要强调了，政府应该从尊重网络民意出发，加大信息传递的透明度，利用好网络这个途径，加强公民与政府之间的联系，发挥网络的积极影响，重塑政府公信力。

　　This essay gives an arrangement to the theoretical foundation and some related content of the government credibility ,also analyse it through 70 cases which occured in Hangzhou.It demonstrates the reasons the government lacks in credibility and how to rebuild the credibility.Also stresses mainly that government should increase the transparence from respecting of the public opinions of Network.Using Network to reinforce the connection of citizens and government,exert the positive effects
