信用证条款翻译。。。急！！！

1.Should we hold the document at beneficiary’s disposal but we do not receipt their instruction for returning the documents when the applicant waives the discrepancies ,we may release the document to the applicant without further notice to the beneficiary

2.Specification of document includes additional one copy of each presented document to our files
请问以上两条条款，该怎么去理解呢？Tks

1、（对于不符点单据）将留存我行（开证行）听候受益人的处置，但在未收到受益人指示之前如果开证申请人同意放弃不符点接受单据，我行将把单据放给开证申请人，不再对受益人做进一步的通知（当然也会把钱付给受益人的）

2、每份要求提交的单据都要准备一份副本供我行（开证行）存档用。

1. 没什么问题的，就是关于不符点的，有不符点，只要你客人接受就不是问题。
2. 你所提供的所有文件都要复印一份一起交单。
