今天我们开始讨论我们的主题’’leadership’’每个人都分享对於leadership这件事的看法和点子. 并且都一起讨论了我们这组所要去演讲的概念 leadership
当我们在互相分享时, 就有个组员负责写下我们讨论的主意
而我们其他人的责任就是负责查资料以及把想法都总和在一起
把点子都整理起来之後 我们就讨论以及投票决定哪个点子比较好
最後我们决定选择了role play 作为我们专题报告的活动
我觉得我们这组的整体 氛围都还满不错的 大家都分工合作
虽然依旧缺少了两位成员 但我们讨论的还满开心的 也都有抓到重点

今天一样我们缺少了两个组员 所以只有三个人讨论而已
只好等下礼拜 另外的组员来了 我们才能更完整的一起讨论我们的主题
并且开始设计我们的专题powerpoint

虽然偶尔可能有意见不一样的时候 但我们都会互相听对方的想法之後并且尝试著跟对方沟通 如何让这个project 做的更好
所以我们的成员在基本的沟通上是没有问题的 没有什麼纷争阿什麼的
期待下一次的开会 我们的组员可以全员到齐 并且一起讨论我们的专题
