简单说就是在谈判中,谈判者需要一面来硬的 一面来软的 不要太极端 也就是说你在谈生意时开始态度好象很强硬 没有任何协商的余地 然后给他点小利益 让他感到错觉 觉得你好象让了很大的步!!!!!! 也就是这个意思 我回答的只是大概 !! 如果解释的不好 见谅!!
