亚马逊买家退货申请要怎么处理
在亚马逊上每天都在发生退货的事,退货就是意味着买家对买到的商品不满意,不认可该商品。但是有些卖家却可以将退货申请处理的很好,直接减少了损失。那么亚马逊买家退货申请要怎么处理最有效呢?
首先打开这个return request,筛选出要操作的退货订单。
我们点击进入退货申请(Return Request)界面后,可以看到页面的左边会有Authorization Required, Completed, Authorized, Closed by Returning, Closed Customer, Closed by Seller, with A-to-Z
Guarantee Claims 这些状态,我们可以点击进行筛选。
这里的Return Reason和Buyer Comment大致反应出买家退货的原因,了解了原因后,我们就要采取相应的措施了。针对退货请求,有4个选项可操作:Authorize Request, Deny Request, Issue Refund, Contact Buyer.
一、Contact Buyer:与买家沟通
这一步是必不可少的!了解了买家退款的大致原因,但更具体的问题与协商就需要与买家进一步沟通,处理得好很可能买家就不退货了。
下面来说说如何引导客户不退货:
1.货物损坏
这种确实是我们理亏,但是可以把损失尽量减少。 在return request的email中装装小可怜,有些客户是能接受部分退款的,
即使不能接受,也至少不会让他们直接开个差评。

We are sorry to know the product is damage.
Maybe the long shipment make it meet a little accident.
We just a new seller, this product we have loss to sold out, hope you could understand us.
How about we refund $X to you as a compensation and you try to fix the item?
We will improve the wrap in the future, hope you could agree with us.

2.尺寸问题
衣服类的尺寸问题亚马逊处理的比较宽松,客户要退回的话,你可以提醒客户这是需要高额运费的, 不值得。还是留着可以送人什么的。
Dear customer,
Sorry to know the size is too small/ large to you.
But to return this item will cost you lot of shipping fee. It might not worth do it.
How about we refund $X to you as a compensation? The cloth you could sent to your Friend who might suit for it?

3.不明原因情况下
很多客户直接就开了return request, 但是却没有写原因。这类型的比较好办, 因为很多客户,开了return request以后就不管了,可能也是忘了。

Sorry to know you want to return this item.
Could you please let we know the reason?
Maybe we could solve it for you, and you do not need trouble to return the item.
So we waiting for your reply.

4.发错货了
如果是高价值的货物A, 可以跟客户商量直接把A产品寄到买了同样产品的客户手中。直接授权一个新地址给客户退回。
如果产品价值不高,还是尽量劝客户把产品留下(送人,送教堂,送回收站都可以)。
如果你不打算自己付钱把货物退回来,记得勾选以下两项:表明客户自付运费退回。
二、Issue Refund:退款
这个选项是给客户直接退款,一旦点击操作Issue
Refund,这笔订单的款项就会退回到买家的账户,所以如果你想要客户把货物退回给你,那么请一定要记住:收到退货了才给客户退款,否则有可能钱货两空。
三、Deny Request:拒绝退货请求
卖家如果操作此项,需要填写拒绝退货的原因和填写不超过1000字符的消息,确认后亚马逊会将这些信息都通知买家。买家和卖家都有权限做此操作。
注意:卖家虽然可以操作此项,但前提是与买家协商好了,以免后面买家开A-To-Z。
