The kind of trust that is necessary to build a great team is called vulnerability-based trust. This is what happens when members get to apoint where they are completely comfortable being transparent honest, and naked with one anothe r, where they say and genuinely mean things like "I screwed up," "I need help," "Your idea is better than mine," “I wish I could learn to do that as well as you do," and even, "I'm sorry.”                    打造优秀的团队所需要的信任称为“基于弱点的信任” (Vulnerability-Based Trust )。 在 当团队成员完全自然地相互坦诚和毫无保留时,当他们能够发自内心真实地说 :“我把事情搞砸了”、“我需要帮助”、 “你的主意比我的好”、“我希望我能学会做得和你一样好”, 甚至“对不起”时, 就产生了“基于弱的的信任。

Vulnerability-based trust is predicated on the simple-and practical--idea that people who aren't afraid to admit the truth about themselves are not going to engage in the kind of political behavior that wastes everyone's time and energy, and more important, makes the accomplishment of results an unlikely scenario.
