I'm sorry to hear you're ill.Since you have a poor health.I'd like to give you some advice to keep healthy:first you should take more exercises,such as playing basketball,runing and swimming etc. It's good to eat more fruit and vegetables,also you'd better drink more milk,it's helpful for your sleep.If you get enough sleep,you'll feel relax the next morning.Of course going to bed early and getting up early is also important ,too. Wish you'll be better soon!
