谈谈你的优缺点？
我认为我有以下两个优点，一个是我的自我约束性强，能够坚持原则。我记得小时候每次我放学回到家中，我母亲都会要求我先完成作业才能吃饭，虽然有时侯我肚子已经很饿了，但我还是按照母亲的要求先完成作业才吃晚饭。虽然这是一件很普通的事情，但是它养成了我自律的习惯。另一个优点是在面对困难时，我能够冷静的对待，通过自己的努力去分析问题，然后一步步去解决困难。
当然，我也存在着不足之处，有时候我看问题不够全面，不能做到统筹兼顾。但是我认为我可以在以后的工作中克服我的缺点。第一，我会在以后的工作中努力提高自己工作能力，改进自己的不足；第二，我可以向同事们学习，学习同事们的工作经验和做事的方法；第三，我可以向领导学习，学习领导的大局观和看问题的全面性。通过以上的方法，我认为我能够克服自己的缺点，同时发挥自己的优势，顺利的完成自己的工作。

From my point of view , there are two mainly virtues that I hold.One of them is the ability of self-control.I remember that when I was a child , my mother always requested me to finish my homework before the supper.Even if I was starve,I still insisted on the request . Though it's a fine thing,I benefit a lot of the insistence such self control and determination.On the other hand , I am able to stay calm whatever and whenever happens.Being faced with various situations , I will analyze it and figure out step by step .
Of course , no one is perfect,so I am.sometimes I am a underconsidered person .But I concern that I can improve or overcome this on my jobs . Firstly I will develop my skills on the work to be more perfect . secondly I also will turn to my fellows for help , learning their working abilities as well as experience .At last , imitating the leaders to be more skillful and broaden my method filed and be more considerable.Following what have been mentioned above,I believe that I can overcome my shortages , meanwhile perform my strengths to do my job perfectly.

Talk about your advantages and disadvantages:
I think I have two advantages. The first one is that I have the strong self-restrict capability and I can stick by my principles. I remember every time I came back home when I was a child, my mother would require me to finish my homework before eating. although sometimes I was really hungry, I still followed my mother's requirement. It was helped me to build the habit of self-discipline even though it's a common thing. Another advantage is that when I was in trouble, I can treat things calmly and analysis problems through my own endeavor and deal with them step by step.
Of course I also have disadvantages. Sometimes I can't view some problems comprehensively and consider all the factors.But I think I can overcome my shortcomings of the work in the future. firstly，I will try my best to improve my working ability in my work. Secondly, I can learn the working experience and the way to do things from others. Thirdly, I can learn the capabilities in overall view and the comprehensive of problems. By using the above methods, I think I can overcome my shortcomings meanwile bring into play my advantages and finished my work favoring.
