上海市社区体育培训运作现状及对策研究
摘要：本文在专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计和文献资料分析的基础上，探析了上海社区体育培训服务运作的主要项目、场地来源、运作形式、时间安排、师资状况以及存在的问题。在此基础上从转变观念、制定相关扶持政策、整合社区资源、实施“差异化”的服务策略、适度培育经营性的社区体育培训组织、强化社区体育培训师资队伍的建设与管理等方面提出了进一步完善与拓展上海社区体育培训服务保障体系的对策与措施。
