这句话不能理解成虚拟语气，应该理解为间接引语。June说如果你需要，因为是在过去说，所以need也要改成过去式（这里need是做实义动词），同样后面半句也应把will提起时态到would。相当于原话为 June said ，“ if you need, I will ask for a leave for a few hours for the job interview.”虚拟语气是指与真实情况相反的，这里说不通，只能看成间接引语
