第二题选A，doesn't need to中need作为实义动词，后加不定式符号to，正确。needs not后无不定式符号to，所以need必须为情态动词，但是情态动词没有第三人称单数变化，必须是need，所以错。如果为needn't ，那就对了，情
态动词否定式。
第三题选C，句意为保罗在即将演讲那天遭受有史以来他换过的最严重的感冒。用排除法，A用被动，错误，B时态不对，应和主句时态保持一致，D选项were错误，不能用在第三人称后。
