Quality mangement of teaching is with guide functions systematically for applying criterions of teaching, definiting education goals of talents, putting education standards of talents into practice.
As well as, the performance for teaching is an effective mean to manage the quality of teaching. It is also a good way to raise teachers' motivations, responsibilities and quality management.
The text is analyzed and summarized based on predecessors' research about management system of performance. It is reviewed about designing standards and entire complexion for the performance of teching. It is presented that main points about an intergrated performance of teaching. By introducing the model of B/S, it is stated that the advantages of using B/S to complement the system.

The teaching quality management has a complete guidance for the implement of teaching standard, talents cultivation objective and talents cultivation standard. And the check of the teaching performance is an effective means to control teaching quality and to arouse teachers’ work enthusiasm as well as their responsibility and teaching quality. This article’s analysis and conclusion are based on the research of the teaching performance checking system by the predecessors. It summarizes the design and core thought of the teaching performance checking system and shows you the main points in this system. And through the introducing of the B/S model it explains the advantages in using B/S model to make the system. I make a final summary and give my opinion on this system.
