这段有没有问题？ 我想表达的意思是：虽然他们讨厌中国人，但我还是永远爱他们。

不可以用2个but. 而且boys 指的是哪里的boys, 中国boys， 美国的boys, 还是全世界的boys, here you need clarification. 改为I know many(肯定不是个个美国人都恨中国人） American boys don't like chinese people (they hate chinese people).
后面的them表达不准确， 代表什么？ 是中国boys吗？They 也表达不明确

I know the boys (是韩国的偶像团体吗？）dislike Chinese. Being a Chinese myself, I still love them. I think they are great singers.
