we are witnessing a competitive era of our time. with the fast development of technology, the difference between products is disappearing, and the tangible value of goods is losing its place in the value of durables that meet the needs of the people. Service, if the company wants its products to outstand among others, becomes a strong weapon to win. Service is an organic opponent to products as a whole, and providing services marketing is a new method to solve customers problems and gain their trust. With the service industry developing at great speed, service competition gradually becomes the focus of market competition, which makes it a serious challenge for companies to escalate their competitive force through services marketing. Only when we take effective measures to cope with every factors that affect company's competitive force can we strength the competitive force as a whole and realize the core value of services marketing.
right now, some corperations have come to realize the importance of winning a market, getting new and keeping old clients. the concept of services marketing has been universally accepeted and executed, especially by those corperations in the competive industry, providing service to the clients, satisfying clients and loyalty have become the focus of all the work. this article will illustrate on the basic problems of services marketing, analyse the problems arise in China's service industry by comparing with foreign service industry, and by combining the experience of foreign countries and our national conditions,try to find some solutions for China's services marketing.
