L/C validity shall be extended accordingly at the supplier's cost in the event of his delay,and to be issued by the Perchaser’s bank to the supplier’s advising bank in the following manner 在供应方延期的情况下信用证可以相应的延长有效期，同时供应方承担损失。此时信用证由买方银行按照以下方式向供应商通知银行发行。

第二句：Bank guarantee for advance payment for equivalent amount with validity remaining in force up to and including 30 days after the arrival date of the last shipment and in the form provided in the contract.银行对返还同等金额的预付款的担保在最后一批货物到达之日起30天内，按照合同条款内容依旧生效。
