I need two quotations for this part: A - Tooling only with molded samples (Tool must be tried out before shipping) Steel Pre hard P-20. B - Tooling and Molding production parts.

Mold description: Gas assisted injection mold with hot runner. 2 cavity (Swingicade) mold with 3 Handles and 3 Board protectors. The Swingicade parts, each with 3 hot drops. One gas pin for each Swingicade and one gas pin for each handle. (Total of 5 gas pins) The smaller Board protector parts can be runner gated. The mold will need mold locks, guided ejector system, good cooling. Gas valves will be supplied by customer. The recommended hot manifold is Yudo or similar low cost unit.

I need a tooling cost (only) for this part. This is a gas assisted tool. It will need two gas pin and a hot manifold with four drops. Could your tool shop or another local shop build this tool and also run samples? (Need to try the tool before shipping)
