The reform in vocational education does not keep up with the pace of the compulsory education and general high schools, which, to some extent, has posed the middle-school-mathematic-teaching to a marginal tendency.
This article throw the method of vocational school mathematic-teaching a light on the importance of the implement of cooperative learning, with respect to the fundamental role a teacher plays in ,from the very beginning , the pattern of cooperative, as well as the judgment on classroom cooperation. In view of the experiences accumulated in teaching practice of myself, take analysis of the changes which the implementation of cooperative study has brought about, also, in the expectation that it can give rise to the attention of people to lay much stress on the fact that our edging mathematics education.

This article discussed the necessity of implementing cooperative learning in mathematics class of Vocational schools through teachers’ position in cooperative learning in mathematics class in vocational school, the way to implement of cooperative learning and evaluation of mathematics class areas, analyzing the changes of implementing cooperative learning in mathematics class, as well as pay attention to the edge of mathematics education of vocational schools by their teaching practice.
