Recently, the translation of advertisement is not very good, especially for the reason that there's not a uniform standard to guide it, The translation of advertisement shouldn't adopt the standard used for literature translation or technology translation. The current advertisement translating are not good enough , especially there isn't a unified standard of advertisement translating to guide it. And this standard is not exactly the same as that of literature translation and technical translation ,though advertisement plays the role of international communication ,but the purpose of advertisiement is completely different from that of literary and culture exchange .advertisement translating has the necessity to seek for their own theoretical basis,and to formulate principles and standards. On readers' point of view ,the standard of advertisement translating can adopt the relevance theory cognitive pragmatics ,finding out the best relevance for readers to realize the functional equivalence of original text and translation.
