Study DNA with protein together can help us to understand the basis of gene's replication, rearrangement and DNA regulators. This study will help us to know more about cells' behaviours such as, growth, replication, death, and so on. In this lab, we use NaCl(1.4mol/L) solution to get DNP from DNA, and use 10 times' 稀释法 to condense the DNPs. The brocken down-DNP fragments are then to be used in SNS---聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 and to be further analyzed. We then use certain kinds of dyes that is soluable in DNA solution to dye the DNP fragments. As a result, 考马斯亮蓝R-250-dye is easier to be observed under microscope than 考马斯亮蓝G-250.
