Three weeks ago, we interviewed and offered to hire a sales representative dedicated for the Chong Qing area. Since you have not approved the consolidated list for recruitment of all sales personnel, the Human Resources Department is not able to confirm this newly recruit and process his/her employment procedures. We would like to now request for the following:
Could you please approve this particular recruitment before you complete your revaluation of the consolidated recruitment list we submitted. This is a special case since we have been recruiting for this position in the last 6 months without any success. It is not easy to find someone suitable. We worry that any further unnecessary delay in processing his/her employment application might cause him/her to reconsider our offer.
