My Opinion on the Qualities of Being an Expert
A few days ago,I read a comic. There were two people in the comic, a doctor and a woman. They were in a hospital where the woman was seeing a doctor. The doctor told her that she had had a serious disease and the doctor promised whatever diseases she had, he could cured all of them. However, the women didn’t believe him, and she refuted: You have to learn about thousands of diseases, but I only have to focus on fixing what wrong with ME! Now which one of us do you think is the expert?
When I have read the comic, I am lost in thought. Which one of them is the is the expert? This is a problem. Maybe the women is an undoubted expert. As we all know, Expert indispensable for us in our daily life, but how to be a good expert?
Some people may think that an expert means learning much more than an ordinary man, like to accept higher education, obtain an experts’ degree, however, in my opinion, there are several qualities to be an expert, such as patient, responsible, loyal, and so on. First of all, as an expert, must be loyal. You must devote to your work, whatever how boring or tiring it is. Second, an expert who should has sense of responsibility, and you must treat patients as your parents. It is indispensable for an expert to become patient. They should show their friendship to every patient. Finally and most importantly, an expert need adapt to the team cooperation. As the proverb goes: Where many help to gather firewood, the flames shoot high. Joining a team can improve your professional knowledge. They need to build the sense of belonging and others in their field, it also helps to promote their skills to those who need it. And then they can gain more experience.
From what has been mentioned above, we can come to the conclusion that an expert should be not only patient, responsible and loyal, but also has ability to cooperate. These are my opinion on the qualities of being an expert.
