【摘要】目的 分析第二产程剖宫产对母婴的影响，减少母婴并发症。方法 随机选择我院2010年1月－2011年12月头位急诊剖宫产191例，其中第一产程阻滞100例（对照组），第二产程阻滞91例（观察组），对两组手术指征、剖宫产相关因素、手术并发症发生、新生儿状况关系等进行回顾性分析评价。结果 观察组胎位异常、巨大儿、羊水污染及术后并发症、新生儿低阿氏评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 第二产程剖宫产比一般头位急诊剖宫产潜在着对母婴更加不利因素，其并发症的发生与第二产程的廷长相关，故应撑握时机尽量减少第二产程剖宫产，减少母婴并发症。
