On November 11th 2007,Mr Zhang took a fight of a airline from Qingdao to Shanghai.He was ready to get off with his package when he arrived at Pudong Airport.However,he found that the cash of 20000 yuan which was in his package disappeared.Mr Zhang talked with the crew immediately asked for handling as soon as possible in order to cut loss.As some passengers had left at that time,the crew couldn't call them back.Therefore,Mr Zhang had to call110.While when the police arrived,there's nobody left.Mr Zhang thought it was because the crew hadn't taken relevant emergency measure and hadn't done their duties that he lost his money and haven't rescued by far.Thus he prosecuted the airline to Changning District court in Shanghai and asked for compensation.
