This article is aiming at design of personnel management system which is a part of the construction of the personnel management system of the company,taking advantage of the principle and means developed in the process of software engineering. With this in mind,it will relate and analyze in more detailed way the design project,research and development and testing of such system. Furthermore,installed with visual bacis6.0 as a tool for developing and SQL Server 2000 as DBMS in order to realize the system developing which is functioning in major modules of information and wages management and Intergrative query of staff. It is also equipped with services in providing information consultation for personnel management as well as offering IR and information storage. The implemtation of such system fundermentally meets the demand of people from all walks of life in modern society to personnel management . It becomes a fruitful measure on enhancing efficiency in personal management.
