all of whom只能在从句中做主语，如果后面all of whom ran out是从句的话，那么主句在哪里呢？
to see a horse eat fish是一个不定式短语，它也不能充当主句。

witness的本意是“见证；目击”，此句意译为：明天将会有五级北风。
再如：The year 2008 witnessed the success of the 28th Beijing Olympic Games.
