说话是一门语言艺术,要讲究说话的方式方法与技巧,我们这样每天接电话与客人交谈说话,也是在表达艺术,虽然这项工作算不上是一门艺术,但也需要我们认真的揣摩和练习,我们每天上班要接几百甚至上千的电话,回答客人千奇百怪的问题,还要应付各种突发状况的发生,如果总用一种说话方式、一种语气对待所有的客人,总会有不适合的时候,这些不适合大可导致客人的投诉,小可遭至客人抱怨,所以为了避免客人的不满和反感,在我们接听电话的时候特别注意自己的言词用语和语气态度。总之,“细腻服务、个性化服务”是我们追求的目标,超耐心和把握应对的分寸是我们工作的重点。

我是自己翻的:Speaking is a language art which stresses method and skill. Everyday we talk with customers on the telephone is also expressing the art, though the job itself is not an artwork,we need to practes carefully. We have to answer handerd even thousand phones every day,dealing with various questions and emergency. One talking way or one manner of speaking cannot fit all the situations,then prombles would appear. The sever resuit may be the customer complaints,the slight one may be the bad impression of guests.In a word, ," exquisite service, personalized service" is our goal,patence and coping mearsure is our working focus.
