按照你的图纸，现在销轴是不锈钢，套筒是碳钢。
套筒是有问题的，两端的壁厚太薄了，
只有1.23MM,而渗碳层深度是0.7~~0.9，很容易裂的
套筒虽然是可以做的，但是它设计的尺寸不合理，
肯定会开裂.会给你们在生产上带来麻烦

According to your drawing, shaft is made of stainless steel, and sleeve is made of carbon steel. This is some problem with sleeve, namely the walls at both ends are too thin, being only 1.23mm, however carburing layer is 0.7-0.9mm thick, which is liable to crack. The sleeve can be made, but its dimension is not reasonable, which is sure to crack, causing trouble to your operation. What I am wondering is whether the drawing has been altered.
