你公司(地址:晋江市深沪镇狮峰工业区)《企业实行不定时工作制和综合计算工时工作制申请表》收悉,根据《劳动法》第三十九条及原劳动部《关于企业实行不定时工作制和综合计算工时工作制的审批办法》(劳部发[1994]503号)等有关规定,经研究批复如下:
一、原则同意你公司上报的800名职工,在国家规定的安全劳动条件下实行综合计算工时工作制。具体实行综合计算工时工作制的岗位为:一线操作工550人, 普工200人, 管理人员50人。
二、上述岗位职工实行综合计算工时工作制的时间为一年(从2012年3月1日至2013年2月28日),期满后如需继续实行特殊工时制的,应按规定再次申报。
三、对经批准实行综合计算工时工作制的岗位,企业不得擅自扩大范围,未满十八周岁的未成年工不得安排夜班,孕期、哺乳期的女职工应按照有关规定合理安排工作时间。

四、企业对实行综合计算工时工作制的职工应根据《劳动法》的有关规定精神,在保障职工身体健康并充分听取职工意见的基础上,合理安排工作、休息时间,确保职工休息休假的权利和企业生产、工作任务的完成。企业在实行综合计算工时工作制的一年周期内的总工作时间应在国家总法定标准工作时间范围内安排;确因工作需要安排职工加班的,总加班工时最多不超过432小时/年,并应按《工资支付暂行规定》的有关规定支付加班工资。
五、企业应将劳动保障部门批准意见书面告知工会和劳动者,并在与上述岗位职工签订的劳动合同中体现实行综合计算工时工作制的内容。

申请理由(不定时或综合计算工时工作作制的运转方式和特点):
本公司主要生产针织内裤,产品以外销为主,客户的产品所生产的时间周期要求较短,而且生产的时效性较强,实行标准工时制无法满足客户的交货期要求,为满足客户要求 ,在不影响员工身体健康及员工自愿的原则下,申请采取综合计时工作制,请上级部门批准。
实施方案:
1、申请周期:2012年3月1日至2013年2月28日;
2、工作日时数:8小时每天
3、以一年为周期,每日加班时间不超过3小时,申请周期内加班总额不超过432小时。每周至少休息一天。
4、加班工资按《劳动法》有关规定计算。
5、执行《劳动法》有关规定,注意劳逸结合,切实保障劳动者身体健康。
