Objective: To discuss changes in antineoplastic activity after combined administration between XX and YY.
方法:AAA 法检测细bao增殖,计算HHH;BBB法检测细bao周期和凋wang的变化;CCC染色检测细bao凋亡;DDD检测EE、FF、GG蛋白表达变化。
Methods: HHH was computed based on cellular proliferation detected by AAA method. BBB method was applied to test changes in cellular cycle as well as cell apoptosis, with cellular apoptosis tested by CCC dyeing/staining(推荐前者) besides changes in expression of proteins as EE, FF and GG.
结果:BBB结果显示,单用XX可以将小部分细bao阻滞在G1期,单用YY,可见大量S期、G1期阻滞。两药联用后,绝大部分细bao被阻滞在G1期;BBB及CCC染色结果显示,两药联用凋亡率远高于XX或YY单用;DDD结果EE显著增加,FF显著减少。
Results: Results of BBB indicated that single application of XX could block minority of the (tu*mor) cells till G1 phase during the growth cycle, compared with a large number blocked at S or G1 phase with single application of YY. Yet most of the cells were blocked for further growing at G1 phase by combination of both medicines. Results of BBB and CCC dyeing showed that (cell) apoptosis rate for combination was higher over those for single use of XX or YY respectively. DDD results suggested significant increase as of EE balanced with remarkable decrease in FF.
结论:XX和YY两药联用,可以显著增加EE、FF,降低GG表达,阻滞细bao周期,诱导细bao凋wang。
Conclusions: Combination of XX and YY may significantly increase protein expresssion in EE and YY while reduce expression in GG, block cellular cycle and induce cell apoptosis.

The use of DDD showed that the translation of EE has significantly increased, with a sharp decrease of FF translation.
Conclusion: With the combination of the two drugs, XX and YY, the translatuon of EE, FF can be increased significantly, decreasing GG translation at the same time. Moreover, it can Inhibit cell cycle and induce apoptosis.
