摘要
本论文首先介绍了YXA3132型滚齿机床的电气控制系统的特点，然后对YXA3132型滚齿机床的机床控制工作情况、电气系统、电气操作说明包括一些保护系统及部分工作电路进行了具体分析。在论文中对传统的继电器—接触器电气控制系统进行了系统的分析研究，提出了较好的改造方案。通过应用可编程控制器（PLC）控制系统来完成继电器等的控制功能，以实现控制的简易，操作的方便。该改进方案从控制系统的硬件设计和软件设计两个方面来论述。在硬件设计方面，对原有继电器的替换，PLC的选择和PLC控制系统的接线设计做了详细的说明；在软件设计方面，按照程序设计的要求从YXA3132型滚齿机床的工作要求，动作顺序，设计方案的对比，梯形图，指令语句表等不同的方面来进行说明。最后对PLC控制系统设计中的干扰问题及主要的抗干扰问题进行了简单的论述。通过对整个YXA3132型滚齿机床的电气控制系统的改进，在现有企业里是非常现实的技术改造方案，具有投资少、见效快的特点，达到提高工作效率、降低滚齿机床出现故障的可能性，达到经济性、可靠性的目标。
