摘要：中国目前已进入人口老龄化社会，随着老年人口的增多和人类寿命的延长，老年人健康状况和生活质量愈来愈引起人们的重视。有研究表明，老年人的生活质量直接影响到老年人的晚年幸福。老年人生活质量是衡量养老效果的重要指标，而主观幸福感是影响老年人生活质量的重要指标。研究老年人的主观幸福感，有助于提高他们的生活质量，体现和谐社会以人为本的本质特征。我们主要以徐州市区的老年人为研究对象，通过问卷调查和个案访谈来研究他们的主观幸福感状况，了解其主观幸福感的总体状况和影响因素。研究结果表明：从总体情况来看，老年人主观幸福感水平较高；个性较为乐观的老年人，其主观幸福感水平较高；婚姻关系较好的老年人，其主观幸福感水平较高；经济状况较好的老年人，其主观幸福感水平较高；不同的因素对老年人的主观幸福感有不同的影响作用，其他因素通过个性影响主观幸福感。

Research indicates, happy in old age when the elderly's life quality influences the elderly directly. The elderly's life quality is important indexes of weighing result of supporting parents, and the subjective happiness sense is the important index of influencing the elderly's life quality. Study the subjective happiness sense of the elderly, facilitate improving their life quality, reflect the harmonious society's human-oriented essential characteristic.We mainly regard the elderly in the urban area of Xuzhou as the research object, study their subjective happiness sense state by questionnaire investigation and case interview, understand its subjective happiness sense's overall state and influence factor. The result of study shows: According to overall situation, subjective happiness sense levels of the elderly are relatively high; The elderly that the individual character is comparatively optimistic, its sense level of subjective happiness is relatively high; The elderly of the marriage with better relation, its sense level of subjective happiness is relatively high; The elderly with better economic situation, its sense level of subjective happiness is relatively high; Different factors have different influence on subjective happiness sense of the elderly on function, other factors influence the subjective happiness sense through the individual character.
