恳请协助翻译外贸合同部分条款（中翻英）

第一次撰写合同，加上英语能力欠缺，实在是不知怎么翻译才好，还请诸位达人协助！！！

1.此合同为一年期订单，分12个月出货，并于一年内交完上述订货。
2.每次出货以一个40呎集装箱为单位。
3.如买方需调整出货日期及数量,请提早于一个月前通知卖方。
4.装运期限：于合同生效后____年___月___日前以海运形式送货到达______。
5.装运期限：合同生效后，自___年___月起，每月于____日前出货，以海运形式送货到达______。
6.付 款 条 件：电汇。发货前付款订货总额50%，到货后10日内付清余款。
7.发票以每次实际出货数量为准，并和商品检验报告随货附上。
8.考虑到市场的变化和双方的利益，以及本合同确定的长期关系，双方一致同意，当本合同约定的产品的原物料价格连续三个月上涨或下跌超过本合同约定单价的______%时，双方应达成补充协议重新确定单价。
