合同中规定的检验条款是：卖方应出具在货物装运地有信誉的检验机构所出具的检验证书作为议付货款的单据之一，货物的品质以该货物到达收货地后，由当地信誉卓著的检验机构所出具的检验证书为最终。并规定了该合同的纠纷应根据英国法律在伦敦仲裁。
