新做外贸.老外发过来的合同,其中付款方式只知道大概又怕理解错,请各位高手帮忙翻译下哦

Deposit advance payment of 30% (thirty percent) from Proforma Invoice’s amount issued by the Seller within 5 (Five) working days counting from the date of its receipt;
- Balance payment of 70% (seventy percent) from Proforma Invoice’s amount issued by the Seller within 5 (Five) working days from the date of checking the Goods’ readiness for delivery made by Buyer’s representative, after preliminary notification from Seller about Goods’ readiness for delivery.

卖方所开PI款项的30%为预付款，在PI收到的5个工作天内支付；卖方所开PI款项的70%尾款，在买方代理确认货物已经做好的5个工作天内支付。

30%定金预付款（百分之三十）的形式发票的金额由卖主在5（五）个工作日内签发从其收到之日起计算；——70%余款（百分之七十）的形式发票的金额由卖主在5发布（五）从检查买方的代表交货货物准备就绪的日期的工作日，初步通知卖方货物交付后的准备。 望采纳
