STATEMENTOF WORK
This ExhibitA-2 is attached to and incorporated in that certainServices Agreement entered into by and between the Apple entity as described inExhibit C. (“Apple”) and _MarketProbe Consulting (Beijing) Co., Ltd (“Supplier”) dated _Jan 1st 2013(the “Agreement”). Unless otherwisedefined, the capitalized terms shall have the same meaning as such terms in theAgreement. In the event of a conflict between this Exhibit A-2 andthe Agreement, Exhibit A shall control.
