We live in a world full of contradictions(矛盾). Because of them, we are always expose to various things that are totally incompatible(不相容), mutually (互相)
exclusive(排斥) and even in completely rival(敌对). Our minds function as reactions to the reality. These contradictions are naturally pulled into our minds. Thus, our inner world
forms motivational(动机的) conflicts(冲突), purposeful conflicts and so on. Resulting in dilemma, confusion, and indecisive in our mentalities(心态). When a person is in such situations, he/she will experience distress(苦恼) and anxiety(焦躁).Then, we will say that he/she is experiencing stress.

Some stresses directly affect our bodies, our moods, and even people around us. Their effectsmay vary. However, Its negative impacts on our bodies should deserve the most attention. Without good health, all things in the world lose their meanings;they do not have value anymore. For the sake our physical health, our happiness, our love one and beloved ones, and a good life, we must bravely face our stress; try relaxing our mood, adapting to the stresses.Keeping a calm state of mind will eventually help defeating stresses. Some of these stresses are given by ourselves! One cannot have all things in life. Why not just grab the most important ones and live in contentment(知足)?

Everyone needs stress as it helps people to progress. Yet, this stress has to be in moderate.Too much stress causes irritability, insomnia(失眠), depression, and many kinds of psychological problems. So when you feel too stressful, relax timely, go shopping, chat with friends or listen to cheerful musics at home.In other words, just do something to adjust yourself.

We live in a world full of contradictions . For which, we will be facing various , incompatible , mutually exclusive and even diametrically opposed things. Psychological reactions often comes from reality, put such conflicts in our brains. In our subconscious minds, it forms motivated and purposefully conflicts. As for the result, our hearts are confused , unsettled and indecisive. When a person is in such a situation , he/she will experience anguish and restlessness . In this case, we say that he/she is experiencing stress.
Some stress will directly affect our bodies , and our mood, and even those around us . Effects may vary. It. However, the negative impact of the body should be most closely observed. Without good health, all things of this world will lose their meanings to us, neither will there be any values. For physical health, pleasant feeling, for those who love us and our loved and a good life, we must face stress bravely , relax our mood , trying to adapt stress, in a calm state of mind and ultimately defeat stresses. Some of stress is self-induced, not all things in life can be perfect, treasure those most important to you and have the contentment.
