注意事项:
1、发酵时间一定要达到三天,否则发酵不彻底。
2、注意放入冷藏,这样不但有利于保存,还口感好。
将苹果去皮,去核后切块,然后一层冰糖,一层苹果的叠放在瓶子中.放满瓶子的8分满就行.将盖子拧紧.切记盖子也要开水烫了,风干备用。
隔几天.摇摇瓶子,以便能够充分发酵.大概需要放置一个月.观察到里边充满气泡,就算是做成了。
把瓶子里的液体倒进另外一个瓶子里,原来的瓶子原封好。
