附加条款

This Additional Terms is the annex to the employment agreement signed Party A and Party B on 01st May 2007,

Party A should pay for the rent to the second party 5000.00 per month, any other additional rent beyobd this amount shall be undertaken by the second party.

A car rented should be provided by Party A to Party B for his work transportation. While the Party A shall determine to rent what car for Party B. Any traffic violations during the utility shall be under the liability of Party B.

Each year, Party B shall be admitted to have twice two way journey of Germany-China by premium economy class flight.

Other stipulations specified in the Employment Agreement signed on 01st May 2007 will remain.

找法律专业的吧，措辞非常严谨的这个。你的这个翻译差太远了，需要重新翻译。我估计法律翻译人才在国内基本找不到，因为这个必须找在国外学习过法律专业的，否则就算专八翻译也是扯淡。

这个粗略的翻译还是可以的，不过很蹩脚的中式英语，如果要写合同的话最好咨询专业的翻译团队，毕竟是合同啊。
