Hello, I need your help on checking 2 of my purchase orders paid at Oct 13, order number: "a", delivery to LA, and "b", to San Fransisco. Four ordeder clothes in "b" are not received. Therefore I need those 4 ordeder clothes be delivered to me after you assistance on checking my order.
I made the same order in "a" and "b". And the only difference between "a" and "b" is the address. Via ups inquiry I found that the 2 packages, 1554 and 1581, in "a" weigh 31.30lbs and 3.10lbs respectively. The 2 packagesm, 1572 and 1545, in "b" weigh 24.80lbs and 3.10lbs respectively, 6.5lbs are lacked.
