通信综合电源监控系统,是“对通信电源设备、机房空调及机房环境进行集中监控管理系统”的简称。保定市网通公司综合电源监控系统主架构采用逐级汇接的SC - SU / SM三级监控结构,以光MSTP做主要的网络传输支撑,满足监控数据传输同时也满足环境视频监控传输。能够实现三遥功能:遥测、遥信和遥控。完全实现了现代通信电源的综合监控。
该论文主要针对架构一整套综合电源监控系统展开设计和实施工作。首先介绍了通信综合电源监控系统的设计方案,分析论证监控系统不同架构方案的原理和特点,进行系统的总架构设计。监控系统采用三级分层结构,即区域监控中心(也称监控中心SC)、各局站设立独立的监控单元SU、各局站前置监控单元(也称监控模块SM);SC与SU之间组网利用光MSTP多业务复用平台做骨干传输,传输通道为E1, SU与SM之间采用RS-485/422, RS-232等现场总线进行连接。
硬件设计部分重点进行了局站监控中心SC的监控方案设计,采用二级CPU进行控制,第一级为前置机,其前置监控单元CPU采用了日立公司的H8S/2194MCU,是一款功能较强的16位单片机,具有非常强的I/0功能;第二级为上位机,采用工控机进行硬件的控制和对监控中心的数据传输。分散与集中的二级管理模式提高了系统的稳定性及可靠性。
软件设计部分采用模块化软件设计思想,给出了前置监控软件和监控管理软件的主框架程序流程图。本软件通过不断循环检测,实现对电源设备的实时监控。
整个监控系统满足相关指标要求,该电源监控系统实际运行良好。
