in表方面，提议是在大小（这方面）不同，故in。
be different from是指前后两者不一样，不能说这些衣服和大小不一样。
（2）a
a fourth time表示第四次，语意是该事情未发生，将要叫第四次；the表示第四次，指易发生的事情，比如他第四次到这里来，应该用the。
（3）d
operate在本题中的意思是手术，相关短语是operate on sb，题意是他马上需要接受手术，因此应该用被动语态。
（4）c
bright是形容词，不能在名词后形容名词，如果想这么用应该说with the bright light（暂不考虑语意的情况下）；on是副词，可以在light后形容light的状态，表示灯开着的状态。
（5）c(d)
本题考查what引导的宾语从句的语序问题，答案应该是正常语序，因为what做从句中的宾语成分，被作为先行词提前，从句中主语是wrong(with my son修饰wrong)谓语是is。
我不确定这题的原因是我不知道是否有上文，因为题目开头用的是Could。如果没有上文的话Could应该表示委婉语气而不是过去式，因为整个句子是一般疑问句应该是模拟的在医院的情况，故选is；如有上文则酌情选择d。

have sth done表示某件事情被做，是一个固定用法，因此牙被拔出来应该的表述是have tooth pulled out，背下来即可。
