In visions of the dark night
I have dreamed of joy departed-
But a waking dream of life and light
Hath left me broken-hearted.
Ah! what is not a dream by day
To him whose eyes are cast
On things around him with a ray
Turned back upon the past?
That holy dream- that holy dream,
While all the world were chiding,
Hath cheered me as a lovely beam
A lonely spirit guiding.
What though that light, thro' storm and night,
So trembled from afar-
What could there be more purely bright

梦 由EdgarAllanPoe (1827) 在理想的黑夜 我梦想快乐起飞-- 但'生命轻梦 里面给我留下破碎的心. AH! 是不是梦,日 他的眼睛投 他对周围的事物有Ray 在过去挡回. 这一神圣的梦--神圣的梦想, 虽然全世界都谨慎, 我是一个可爱的孩童的欢呼光束 孤独的精神指导. 尽管什么看,thro'风波,晚 颤抖,从阿法尔- 怎么会有更光明纯 在真理的天星?
