我的翻译是The aggregate value of the property provided by Party A is XX yuan from the day when the Primary Contract has been signed.
还有这句中文：本价值并不作为乙方根据本合同约定处置抵押财产时的估价依据，也不构成对乙方行使抵押权的任何限制。
我的翻译是The value is not the basis for valuation when Party B is disposing the mortgaged property in terms of the Primary Contract, neither does it to be the limit when Party B is exercising the security enforcement.
