HR outsourcing is a management model that enterprise can integrate and make use of its external specialized resources to lower costs, improve efficiency, give full play to its core competitiveness and enhance its ability to respond rapidly to the environment. By using this model, the enterprise can make use of the outside resources; therefore can solve the HR activities more economically and effectively. For some small and medium enterprises, by outsourcing a part of their HR to the professional human resources organizations is a relatively high Cost-effective method. Because it can not only improve their own lack of the phenomenon of HR, but also save their own economic costs. This article aims to introduce the value, development prospects, risks and risk aversion of HR outsourcing business, so that people can be familiar with it, and then can understand the development needs of today's HR outsourcing. So that more people will understand the forward-looking and necessary of the development of HR outsourcing.
