My carrier informed us that there is no liner ship from Chinese port to JAKARTA, so it's hard for my company to ship the 10000 MT white sugar to JAKARTA directly.
Considering the frustration, Please allow us to transship in Hong Kong, for Hong Kong is convenient to do so. It's so kind of you if you consent to our requirement and understand our situation.

We are afraid to inform you that in spite of our best try, the ship to JAKARTA can not be settled. Our company has been replied that there is no regular ship route between China and JAKARTA, therefore, we can not transport 10000 tons of sugar to JAKARTA directly. Because of the difficulty mentioned above, we appreciate you if we can transfer at HongKong due to the convenience of transfer there.

I am apology to inform you that our expected ship haven't been booked yet, even though we made the best efford. We just be informed by our shipping company that there are no perodic vessel between Chinese ports and Jakarta. So that it is very difficults to shipp 10,000 tonnes of sugar from China to Jakarta directly. Due to this reason, we would like to get your agree to transfer in Hong Kong. It is more easy to meet your requirement. Your kindly understanding, will be highly appreciated.
