(1) f(0) = -a*|a| >=1 得出 a*|a| <=-1 <0 ,所以可以推出a<0(若a>=0,则a*|a|>=0),所以a*|a| = -a^2 <=-1,得出a^2>=1 得到 a>=1或a<=-1,又a<0,所以a<=-1
(2)分两种情况讨论:
当x>=a时,f(x) = 3x^2-2ax+a^2 = 3(x-a/3)^2+2/3a^2:当a>=0时,a/3<=a,故此时最小值为f(a) = 2a^2;当a<=0时,a/3>=a,故此时最小值为f(a/3) = 2/3a^2;
